In Auckland’s North Shore was a florist that had a website by a large corporate who cared more about impressing investors than creating good experiences. Their website had no ecommerce capability and they were appearing on Google Maps with no real information. We rennovated their website and their google presence, introducing high-level ecommerce that automatically handled shipping fees, and easy findability for searches like “where to buy roses near me”. The florist is flourishing, constantly busy with walk-ins and online orders. They’ve since hired a team and taken a backseat on the operations are looking to start a new location for their beautiful flowers.
